Rigging Options

Rigging refers to how the cinch attaches to the saddle to secure it in place. The most common options include C-ring and D-ring riggings.

Many DP saddles feature in-skirt rigging, where the rings are built directly into the saddle’s skirt. This design reduces bulk under the rider’s leg, allowing closer contact with the horse.

Rigging options may vary by model. Please contact us for available configurations.

Every Saddle.
Built for Your Horse.

No two horses are the same — and no DP saddle is either. Every saddle is custom built and fully adjustable, ensuring a precise fit that supports your horse's movement and your position in the saddle.

HOW THE FITTING PROCESS WORKS

DP Saddlery was founded over two decades ago in a small workshop in Southern Bavaria, where time-honored leatherwork and an obsession with quality first took shape. We combine the heritage of old-world saddlemaking with modern manufacturing — selecting vegetable-tanned leather for its natural character and durability, and applying German engineering standards that go well beyond marketing and into every detail of every saddle we build.

From the first stitch to final inspection, DP Saddlery stands behind every saddle — crafted for riders who trust their equipment as much as they trust their horse.
